P3 Technologies was founded in 2004 on a simple observation: the discipline that large companies take for granted rarely reaches the organizations that need it most. Twenty-two years later, we run, secure and build technology for clients across the country from northeastern Connecticut.

Our story
Our founder, John Pepper, spent more than 25 years in technology before P3 — from the help desk to the CIO’s office at multinational companies. He had seen what good IT looks like when a company can afford to do it properly, and how rarely that reached smaller organizations.
P3 Technologies opened in 2004 with five goals: engage clients personally, stay innovative, create real value, reward the people who do the work, and earn the respect of peers and partners. Those still describe the business.
