Tell us what’s working and what isn’t. Fifteen minutes is usually enough for both of us to know whether we’re a fit — and if we’re not, we’ll point you toward someone who is.

Already a client?

Call or email us as usual. If we ask you to, download our Windows remote support tool so we can see what you’re seeing.

Suspect a security incident?

Phishing you clicked, a strange login alert, a device acting oddly — call us rather than email.

Not a client yet? During business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm ET), we’ll respond to a security emergency within 2 hours.

Clients: the response times in your support agreement apply.

    What happens next

    1. We reply and set up a 15-minute call at a time that suits you.
    2. We talk through what you have, what’s at risk and what it should cost.
    3. If we’re a good fit, we send a written proposal, including any assessment work and what it will cost.

    How we price

Every agreement is built from the services you actually need, so you’re not paying for a bundle you don’t use. We value partnership with our clients over making a buck. We also have to make a buck to keep delivering that value. So we look for the arrangement that works for both of us.
